Perfect Blue returns to cinemas in 4k

Satoshi Kon's psycho-thriller arrives October 10th

Revered director Satoshi Kon sees a return to theatres with Perfect Blue with a 4K restoration from October 10th

The film has garnered much critical praise throughout the years, including from myself on this very site way back in 2002:

"Perfect Blue is a poignant film which is a must for fans, and certainly a film that should be shown to entice people to explore the medium further"

Such was the legacy of the film that Tom Higginson dedicated an entire article to the quality of the film for us in 2021, which I highly recommend reading.
