Goodsmile announce Pop Up Parade L and XL lines

Like Pop Up Parade, but bigger!

As part of their WonHobby 35 event, Goodsmile Company announced a new range of Pop Up Parade figures that follow the "affordable figure" philosophy but in larger scales. Traditionally priced at 3,900 Yen each, the new figures sizes have been dubbed "L" and "XL".

L sized figures will stand around 240mm and retail for around 6,900 Yen.

XL sized figures will stand around 400mm and retail for around 23,000 Yen.

Whether these will simply be upscaled Pop Up Parade molds, or something with increased detail and decoration is yet to be seen. Certainly 23,000 Yen is knocking on the door of extremely well produced figures where something special is expected.

If you'd like to learn more about Pop Up Parade figures, you can view plenty of great pictures on the official Pop Up Parade Instagram, or visit the official Pop Up Parade website.
